New Nollywood Movies: Hooked From The Past Hits Market, Soon

buster movie titled “Hooked” and “Hooked from the past,” which is sequel to Hooked” is billed to hit movie shelves after the premiere scheduled for next year.
The movie, which is produced by Boma Timothy, popularly known as ‘Bomsyt’ and directed by Ibiso T. Niffipiri and Dagogo Ikpuku is currently online, Nolly TV and Ibaca TV.
The movie features: Angela Okorie, Livinus Nnochiri, Amanda Ebieye, Camela Mberepke, Christy Okwokwo, Vivian Piuos and Boma Timothy.
Synopsis:  The movie centres on Angela Okorie, an orphan, who did everything possible to find out about her biological parents only to realize that her fiancée was her step brother her father’s son. The movie is exciting and capable of holding viewers spell bound.
In an interview with The Tide Entertainment, The Producer, Boma Timothy, disclosed that what inspired her to produce the movie is that it depicts the atrocities in our society and also that what goes around always comes around, usually to taunt us.
On her biography she revealed that she is the last child of a family of 13 children. She attended Rivers State University of Science and Technology, where she studied Accounting and served her National Youth Service in Ebonyi state 2008/ 2009.
She later attended New York film Academy where she studied acting for film. She has featured in several Nolly wood movies, including “Mirror my Life”, Act of the Gods etc. She joined the Association of Movie Producers (AMP) Rivers State chapter in 2012 and she is currently the publicity secretary of the association in the state.
