Maiden Rafiu Ladipo Armwresting Championships Hold, Sat

The Nigeria Armwresting Federation (NWAF) said plan had been concluded for the maiden Rafu Ladipo Armwrestling Championships slated to told the at National Stadium Lagos on December 12.
NAWF President Olympic Ladipo told newsmen on Thursday that Lagos, light be weight categrotes would competed for the championship.
“Both the male and female will be taking part in five events. They are the 25,55,60,70.“We have rooms to accommodate 150 armwrestlers for the competitions,” he said.
Jackson, however, commended Ladipo for sponsoring the championships.
“We have written to several persons and cooperate organisations to sponsor armwrestling tournaments.
“We are grateful to Ladipo for sponsoring this competition and we hope other persons will take cue from him and partner with us.
“It is the maiden edition and the sponsor is workin assiduously with the federation.
