Jackie Chan Coming To Nigeria?
A well known Hong
Kong actor and stunt artiste, Chan Kong Sang popularly known as Jackie Chan is scheduled to visit Nigeria soon.
Mr Chan, who is also a film director, producer and singer is actually not visiting in person, but as a leading screen character in ‘Dragon Blade directed by Daniel Lee.
It was gathered that the movie is Chan’s latest gig, will on September 4th 2015 be released in Nigeria through ‘Film One’ who acquired the theatrical rights to exhibit it.
The movie was released last year and headlined the 2014 Abuja International Film Festival where it won most of the top awards, including the best foreign film.
The movie plot is based on 48BC China and sees Chan play as the captain of the production squard ‘Silk Road’.
Jackie Chan is one of China’s best exports in the theatre scene, having directed and starred in many Hollywood classics over the years.
