Coach Backs Sunshine Striker To Set Goals Record

rector, Henry Abiodun, has declared that Nigeria league leading scorer Tunde Adeniji is capable of setting a new goals record.
The coach said the 12-goal striker has improved tremendously from his last season displays and he is now a goals machine for table-topping Sunshine Stars.
“Impossibility is nothing. Tunde is working very hard and the club have provided an enabling environment for him to continue to grow and be successful. He can surpass Mfon Udoh’s 23 goal record,” Abiodun told AfricanFootball.com
“Tunde has been tuned into a goals machine.”
Last season, Adeniji scored 13 goals.
His goals this season have already earned him a call-up to the Super Eagles training camp in Abuja for next month’s AFCON qualifier against Tanzania.
