Bayelsa United have sacked coach Evans Ogenyi after a run of poor results.
The club’s media manager Eddy Ohis told Tidesports the management of the club decided to give the coach the boot due to poor performance of the team since his arrival.
“The management has sacked coach Evans Ogenyi. He was asked to go due to poor results because since his appointment, we have not a won a single game”, he said.
The former Enyimba and Lobi Stars coach was brought into Bayelsa by Tony Ogola with whom they achieved great things at defunct Ocean Boys.
