The eyes referred to as
the globe or orbit are organs  on the  body  that is used  for sight. The eyes  poetically can be referred to as the windows  of the soul”. But they don’t just  reveal  one’s inner  psyche, they also  provide important clues to one’s general health. The eyes should be taken care of if one needs  to preserve  it. The eyes rest on the anterior part of the bone cavity because there are fatten tissues in the cavity in which the eyes rest.
Eyes are under relentless attack from dust and pollutants especially in the summer but the eyelid prevents  it from irritation and also limits the amount of light in the eyes. The avoidance of pollution, certainly  make  one’s eyes  more comfortable in the short-term.  The eyes have three layers which  are the outer layer the inner layer, and the middle layer.
Fruits And Foods To Look Out For
One of the best things one can do for the eyes is eating  a good and balanced diet. A diet rich in antioxidants (such as vitamin A,C, E and flavonoids) may  also help in the reduction of harm caused by pollution and age.
A diet rich in leafy green vegetable may also be  beneficial. Fruits which are blue, red or purple  and  vegetables such as blue berries, red onion, or radishes, which  contain anthocyanidins  have been linked to improved  blood-vessel health.
The antioxidants include lutein and zeaxanthin  in your  diet. Fruits that can be taken are eggs, mangoes,  belberies, yellow peppers,  leafy green vegetables, especially kale spinach, brocooli  and carriots etc.
Based on the intake of eggs, the yolks store the bulks of nutrients such as Zeaxanchin, Vitamin D and zinc to  protect your vision, walnuts, are also good. Without enough  omega fats, your eyes can become dry and inflamed. Also, the use of collard greens is essential. These leafies are packed  with two antioxidants, zeareanthin and lutein, that are abundant in the retina of one’s eyes.
Also, if you are not getting enough of these  fruits and vegetables in your diet, taking a supplement  might be  taken or berry extract to provide  great   nourishment for eyes.
In conclusion, eating more of these  nutrients, may help protect against muscular  degeneration and also help reduce  the risk of jeopardizing one’s eye sight in the future.
