Rumuolumeni Road Ready In Two Months -RSG

The Rivers State Governor, Chief Nyesom Wike, has assured the people of Rumuolumeni community that the present administration would ensure the completion of the Wimpey/Rumuolumeni road within the next two months.
The governor gave the assurance during an unscheduled inspection of the ongoing work of the road on Wednesday.
The State Chief Executive expressed satisfaction with the progress of work done by the contracting firm, Monier Construction Company (MCC) who had resumed work inspite of lean finance by the state government.
Governor Wike charged the community to cooperate with the contracting firm to enable them complete the project as planned.
He explained that the state government will source for fund to pay the contractor to enable them deliver on quality job within the time frame.
Other road projects inspected by the Chief Executive include, the Tombia Extension road in GRA, Ogbogoro/Ozuoba road and the Nkpogu Trans Amadi bridge.
