Council Inaugurates Three Classroom Blocks

mittee in Ibarapa Central Local Government Area of Oyo State last Thursday inaugurated three blocks of three classrooms each in three schools in the council area.
Speaking at the inauguration ceremony for the classrooms in Igboora and Idere, Mr Akinyemi Akinlabi, the Caretaker Chairman of the council, described the initiative as another major investment in education.
Akinlabi said that the initiative was part of the administration’s programmes geared toward the educational upliftment of the council area.
He urged the schools’ management, pupils and the people of the council area to make good use of the facility.
Akinlabi solicited for support from other stakeholders in bringing development to the society.
The council inaugurated two of the classroom blocks in Igboora, the headquarters of the council and one in Idere town.
Two of the newly inaugurated classroom blocks were at Roman Catholic Primary School, Pako, and Ansar-ud-deen Primary School, Sekere both in Igboora, while the other was at Methodist Primary School, Idere.
