NNWL Extends Deadline For Club Registration

The Nigeria Nation-
Wide League (NNWL) this week extended the deadline for the 2014/2015 registration for Division One, Two, and Three clubs in the league.
A statement by the League Secretary, Olushola Ogunnowo, said in Abuja that the body approved April 15 as deadline for Division One clubs and April 29 for Division Two.
According to the statement, May 6 is the deadline for Division Three, while the deadline for play-off is May 13.
The earlier deadline for registration was March 6.
The statement noted that the development was due to the restriction of movement before and after the 2015 general elections, which coincided with the earlier closing date.
The league body advised clubs to adhere strictly to this new dates.
