Glo League: Giwa Stays Top After Draw

Giwa FC of Jos has main
tained their leadership in the Nigeria league after they recorded a 1-1 draw with Lobi Stars on Sunday in Makurdi.
Giwa leads with 11 points from six games.
Ibrahim Shuaibu gave the Jos outfit the lead in the 40t minute when he tapped home a cross from the box.
Barnabas Imenger equalized for Lobi Stars in the 74th minute.
There were also home wins for Enugu Rangers, Akwa United, Enyimba, Kano Pillars and Kwara United, while Gabros snatched a draw at Bayelsa United.
