Musa Targets Cup Glory As CSKA Hits Semis

Ahmed Musa’s club CSKA Moscow has qualified for the semifinal of the Russia Cup after they beat Krylya Sovetov 1-0 on Monday.
Ahmed Musa featured for the entire duration of the game in which Bibras Natcho scored the winner in the 50th minute.
The former VVV Venlo forward told Tidesports source that he was happy with the win as it will motivate them ahead of the weekend league game.
“I am happy with the victory. My dream is to win the trophy and we are a step closer to achieving that,” he said.
”This win in the cup game will further boost our morale ahead of the league game against Terek Grozny on Saturday.”
CSKA Moscow is second on the league table with 34 points from 17 games behind Zenit St. Petersburg.
The 22-year- old Nigeria star scored seven goals in the first round of the league.
