of Port Harcourt has thrashed K-II Cricket Club of Port Harcourt by 74 runs in the on-going 2014/2015 Rivers State Cricket League.
The match which was played at the weekend was the week eight (8) encounter played at the University of Port Harcourt (UNIPORT) Cricket pitch.
Rawlings Yenigha of Whales got four (4) wickets and also scored 27 runs to be awarded Man of the Match (MoM) at the weekend game.
Benvic Cricket Club remains on top of the league chat with six points after beating defending champions, Panthers Cricket Club by 3 runs in the week Seven (7) fictures.
Meanwhile, Whales Cricket Club is warming up to settle scores with Benvic Cricket Club of Port Harcourt this weekend in the week nine (9) fixtures of the Port Harcourt cricket-League.
According to one of the organisers of the League Coach Tonye Timinadi, the league has been interesting and a hitch free competition so far.
The 2014/2015 cricket league season will end next month.
