Akwa Utd Tasks New Coach On Continental Ticket
Akwa United have
charged the new coach Zachary Baraje to bring his wealth of experience to bear on the team to win a continental ticket in the new season.
The veteran tactician, who was linked to the 3SC top job, was appointed as the replacement for Patrick Udoh.
Akwa United chairman Isang Isong introduced Baraje to the players at the training ground Wednesday evening.
Baraje has handled El Kanemi Warriors, 3SC, Nasarawa United and Enyimba before now.
Last season, Akwa United finished just a point above the relegated pack in 16th place.
