K-11 Cricket Club of
Port Harcourt at the weekend over ran panthers C.C of Port Harcourt by 78 runs to register their first point in the ongoing 2014/2015 Port Harcourt Cricket League.
The match which was played at the University of Port Harcourt Cricket pitch at the weekend saw Chinedu Charles of K-11 scored 61 runs.
Charles was awarded the man of the match (M.O.M) having scored 61 runs for his impressive overall side and for his performance .
Coach Tonye Timinadi, however okeyed the league saying that, it has been interesting and hitch free so far as players have been in their best behaviour.
Meanwhile, Benvic C. C. is expected to encounter Whales C. C. of Port Harcourt this weekend in one of the league matches.
It would be recalled that panthers Cricket Club C.C. threashed whales C. C. by 122 runs in the opening match of the league, played in December, last year.
The coach advised the players to sustain their level of discipline as the league continues.
