Top Clubs Eye ABSFC Striker
Enyimba and Heartland
are among the top clubs now chasing ABS FC striker Mohammed Mohammed, who scored 11 goals in the recently concluded lower Nigeria National League season.
ABS general manager Alloy Chukwuemeka disclosedthe lanky striker, who they scouted from a non-league club in Kaduna, has now become the toast of several of the country’s top clubs.
“Many premier league clubs including Enyimba and Heartland are now after the boy,” disclosed Chukwuemeka. “We will sell to the highest bidders.”
Last off-season, ABS raked in close to 30 million Naira in the sale of players like Usman Jonah, Abdulrahman Bashir and Lordson Ichull to top clubs like Enyimba, Enugu Rangers and Warri Wolves.
“We are a selling club who like to showcase young players on the big stage and those who then want to buy them could come and have them,” he said.
