All Stars Battle Police In Tennis Friendly, Saturday

Port Harcourt, Rivers State has said that it is set encounter to Nigeria Polic Tennis club also in Port Harcourt in a friendly tournament.
A statement signed by the captain of All Stars Tennis Club, Kalada Aminiokama and the secretary Collions Barasimeye said that the encounter is part of activities lined up to mark the end of 2014 as well as celebrate 20th anniversary of the club.
The statement further explained that the encounter would take place at Tennis courts along Bende / Niger Street in Port Harcourt on Saturday.
According to the statement, the tournament would be used to show case some talents, recreate and interact with one another.
It was gathered that both clubs are expected to engage in four singles and five doubles, as the players would be exhibiting their old skills and also to encourage young ones to have the interest in tennis.
The statement therefore appealed to the government  officials and other sports lovers especially tennis to come and grace the occasion.
Some of the players expected to feature for the All Stars Tennis club include a Coach with the Rivers State Sports Council, Kareem Hakeem, Ebenezer Banneke, Dawari Songo, Nelson Adoki, Matins Magnus Nwereji, Mefor Chukwum Ofalla, Dagogo Atomdibo, Usigho thankGod, Babb Joseph, Ajayi Olayinka, Chijioke Alexander Iso and Babbo Alphaeus, while the likes of Lukeman Ajobose, Charles Onyanabo, Ralph Abaye, Victor Ifeojika, Supol Taiwo, Useni, Jessy, Okorie and Sam are to play for the police team.
