Group Lauds LG Boss Over Security

The Chairman, National
Youth Council of Nigeria (NYCN), Etche Chapter, Com Precious Dike, has lauded the security arrangements put in place by the local government council administration to check the excess of cultism attacks in the area.
Comrade Dike made this commendation on Sunday when he led other executives of the council to visit some communities in the area, recently engulfed with cultism attacks in the local government area of the state.
He descried the security approach instituted by Barr Reginald Ukwuoma as the best and possible ways to address the security challenges in the area adding that the security men posted within the crime flash points in the area would curtail the excesses of these cultist groups.
The NYCN Leader urged the security officials posted in the local government area to exercise their responsibilities without fear or favour and arrest anyone found culpable of the law adding that the law must be allowed to take its course in the area.
He called on the security operatives not to compromise with their duties while in the area and called on the people of the area to give their maximum cooperation to the security agencies deployed in their respective areas.
Comrade Dike further used the opportunity to thank the authorities of the Nigeria police especially the state Commissioner of Police, CP Dan Bature, for heeding to the cry and appeals made by the people through swift response of detachment of police to cordon the area.
He assured the leadership of Etche Local Government Council led by Barr Reginald Ukwuoma of the support of Etche youths to enable him win the fight against criminality in the area.
The NYCN Etche boss used the opportunity to appeal to the youths of Etche to shun any form of criminality and embrace peace adding that no society can develop in an atmosphere characterized with criminality and cultism.
