Peacock Travels Introduces Cheap Online Fares
Peacock Travels and
Tours has introduced cheap fares across different destinations worldwide through its online platform.
A statement by the travel company made availale to The Tide said the development was part of the travel firm’s 10 years strategic plan which focus is to continuously enhance the value of service delivery to its teeming customers worldwide.
The Executive Chairman, Peacdck Group of Companies, Mr Segun Phillips, said the new cheap online fares were coming ahead of the winter season.
Mr Phillip said the rejuvenated online platform can be accessed via the travel management company’s website.
The Peacock boss explained that the online ticketing and packaged tours represented the future of the travel industry and every proactive organisation needed to include this in its long-term planning.
He said,” the website is user friendly and also beats all other online platforms in terms of ticket affordability.
“Apart from this, our website will be the first to provide 24 hours customer support service to sort out all issues relating to tickets bought online, this has been one of the low points of online transaction in this part of the globe.
Peacock management has identified and decided to address this issue as part of the company website redesign.”
According to him, additional customer support services such as date change, reissue, rerouting and refund (even though most of the tickets are non-refundable) will be easily attended to through dedicated telephone lines as well as robust e-mails communication.
This is in addition to company’s six other physical offices located in Nigerian cities of Ibadan, Aba, Port Harcourt, Abuja, Minna and the Port Harcourt airport.
