Guber Hopeful Outlines 7-point Agenda For Rivers

A gubematorial hope
ful  in Rivers State Alabo Paworiso Samuel-Horsfall has outlined a seven-point agenda to pursue if given the political opportunity to govern the state come 2015.
Declaring his intention to vie for governorship position in Rivers State, the gubernational hopeful, said returning Rivers State to God is his priority plan for the state.
Other details of the seven-point agenda include to enhance equity, justice, security and promotion of human rights; job creation, youth  and women empowerment as well as agriculture, healthcare and educational development .
Horsfall, who wants to run the gubernatorial race under the platform of the People’s Democratic party (PDP), also plans to pursue transport, water, power, housing and urban development ; environment tourism and Secreational development as well as budget and economic reform.
He assured Rivers people that he would  not disappoint them if given the opportunity, promising to take the state to the next level of development.
The Chairman at the occasion and nollywood star Mr Kanayo .O. Kanayo is however optimistic that Rivers State will return back to PDP.
According to him, “Rivers Sate is PDP State and PDP is for Rivers State.
At the occasion, no fewer than 50 members of the All Progressives Congress (APC) decamped to PDP and pledged to work towards the success of the party in the state.
Earlier, the Bishop of Gospel Minister Network for Goodluck Jonathan, Moses Abasi had assured Horsfall  of victory for the governorship position of the state come 2015.
