Guber Aspirant Unveils Dev Blueprint For Rivers

A governorship aspirant
on the platform of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Rivers State, Senator Lee Maeba, has unveiled his blueprint for the development of Rivers State.
Maeba, who unveiled the development blueprint in Port Harcourt, on Saturday, during the formal declaration of his governorship ambition, said his vision for the development of the state was anchored on a passionate desire for service and accountable leadership.
He said his development blueprint for the state identifies seven focus sectors for reform and rejuvenation as well as policy thrust and strategies to achieve the development agenda.
Addressing his teeming supporters during his declaration, Maeba explained that his  development blueprint centres on citizen empowerment, job creation, income generation, wealth creation, and state self sufficiency. He added that the goals of his administration if elected as governor, is the “attainment of social justice, peace and sustainable development through qualitative human capital development and the institution of a buoyant and  vibrant economy in the state.
Maeba also disclosed that he would harness the full potentials of the oil and gas sector for proper industrial revolution in the state, while youth empowerment and tourism development would also top
