Army Commends Effective Media Coverage

gerian Army, Port Harcourt, on Friday commended for effective coverage of its activities.
The out-going Public Relations Officer of the brigade, Maj. Michael Etete, disclosed this during a visit to the  zonal office of the Agency in Port Harcourt.
Etete said the brigade enjoyed good publicity from the Agency and called for similar cooperation to be extended to his successor, Capt. Nsima Essien said.
He also pleaded for good coverage of the activities of sector 2 of the Joint Task Force (JTF), coordinated by the brigade.
‘’I must say that the 2 brigade of the Army enjoyed good and cordial relationship with the Tide source and we also plead that similar cooperation should be extended to my successor.
‘’May I also commiserate with the staff and management of The Tide on the death of your former Managing Director, Mrs Remi Oyo. May her soul rest in peace,’’ he said.
The Zonal Manager of the Agency, Mr Mike Mbonye, assured that the Agency would continue to cover activities of the brigade.
