Osagouna Shoots On In Nigeria League

Ighodaro Osagouna is the leading scorer in the Nigeria league after he netted his 14th goal against Dolphins ;ast Wednesday.
Former Shooting Stars striker Osagouna, who made his international debut against South Africa last week, scored the winning goal in a 2-1 home win over Dolphins.
His closest rival Peter Ebimobowei of Bayelsa United failed to add to his 13 goals in his team’s 3-1 win over Nembe City, also on Wednesday.
Warri Wolves Gbolahan Salami moved up in the goals chart after he took his goals’ tally to 12 with the only strike against Sunshine Stars.
Mfon Udoh(Enyimba) and Rabiu Ali(Kano Pillars) have 11 goals each, while Kano Pillars striker Adamu Hassan scored his 10th goal of the season in a 1-1 draw at FC Taraba in Jalingo.
Peter Onyekachi of Abia Warriors scored his ninth goal in a 2-0 win over Giwa FC last Wednesday as well. On eight goals are Bright Ejike(Heartland), Ifeanyi Egwim(Dolphins), Adamu Mohammed(Gombe), Christian Pyagbara(Sharks) and Emem Eduok(Dolphins).
