Rivers, Ibom Angels In Crunchy Encounter, ’Morrow

Football Club of Port Harcourt is set to host Ibom Angels FC of Akwa-Ibom tomorrow, in the Week 19 fixtures of the on-going Nigeria Women Premier League (NWPL) contest.
The Angels also said that they are determined to secure the three points at stake in tomorrow’s encounter as to fortify its position on the league table.
The match is expected to be exciting as the homers battle their visitors to remain on top of the 2014 NWPL chat this season.
On the other hand, the hosts are banking on an outright win, in tomorrow’s match to further cover their track as they suffered a 2-1 defeat in the hands of Osun Babes in the Week 18 games last sdunday.
However, the encounter would not be an easy task as their opponents are also ready to win or draw the game.
There is no doubt that the visitors would ensure that they disorganise the hosts and thwart their efforts to achieve their dream in this weekend’s showdown scheduled to hold at the Liberation Stadium, Port Harcourt.
Meanwhile, Rivers Angels are still leading with 30 points on the NWPL table, followed by Pelican Stars FC and Osun Babes respectively.
