Club of Port Harcourt says it is set to encounter Bayelsa Queens of Yenagoa this weekend in the week 20 fixtures of the on-going Nigeria women premier League (NWPL). Scheduled to hold at the 90-Round football pitch, Omoku.
Team Manager of the Club Matilda Otuene said that the team is in high spirit to curtail pressure from any team the club encounters.
According to her, the team has proved their north so far in the 2014 NWPL, as they sustained their tempo by winning 13 matches, drew seven and lst one with 33 points on top of the League chat.
However, the Angels would fight their opponent to finish with the spirit of Champions in this weekend battle as to fortify their position in the League.
Captain of the team Lucky Atu, said that the players are determined to secure a win in the tomorrow’s match.
“We are ready to win the match because, we need it to win the trophy and for us to win the title we must remain on top of the table”, Atu said.
On the other hand, the host would ensure that they put up a good fifth to disorganize their visitors in order to win or share the points at stake in the game.
It would be recalled that the Angels defeated Ibom Angels 3-2 last weekend in Port Harcourt.
