Ikechukwu, Obaje In Barren Debut In Algeria

Francis Ikechukwu and Joshua Obaje debuted in the Algeria league for Aso CHLEF at the weekend in a goalless draw.
Both players joined the Algerian club this summer and played the full game in the league opener.
The players told newsmen that they are happy to feature in the game, but disappointed they did not win.
“It was a good game for us, we did our best. The only regret I have in the game is that we couldn’t win,” Ikechukwu told newsmen.
Obaje said, “I am happy to play in the league opener for Aso. It was a nice game for us”.
