Asocio-political
organisation known as Rundele Peoples Assembly (RPA) in Emuohua Local Government Area of Rivers State has assured that it will throw its weight behind the Amaechi administration as well as promote the development of Rundele Community.
The chairman of the group, Mr David Agbaru stated this when he led other members of the organisation to pay a courtesy visit on Chief  Sampson Agbaru in his country home, Rundele recently.
Mr  Agbaru noted that Governor  Amaechi had done a lot for the people of  Rundele by executing a number of projects in the community, stressing that the people of the area would continue to give their unflinching support to the present administration in the state.
“Rt Hon. Chibuike Amaechi has given the Rundele Community a sense of belonging in the scheme of things.  We, the people have resolved to always support his government as well as promote the development of the community”.
The Chairman of RPA used the opportunity to call on the state governor to look into Rundele/Akpor Road as well as equip the modern schools in the area.
The RPA leader described Chief Agbaru  as a true leader who has contributed immensely to the development of the community and assured him of their total loyalty and support to his leadership in the community.
Responding, Chief Sampson Agbaru expressed joy for their visit and commended members of RPA for resolving to come together to form an organisation for the benefits of the community and advised them to play politics of unity rather than division.
Chief Agbaru, a former Secretary to the State Government assured them of his support and urged them to work for the unity and progress of the community.
