Ending Rivers Angels Unbeaten Run satisfies Babes Coach FC
Coach of Osun babes
FC, Kehinde Johnson has expressed satisfaction over the performance of his team in one of the meek 18 matches played last Sunday, against Rivers Angels Fc in Osun State.
Johnson said that he was happy to end the Angel’s unheaten run, as his team defeated Rivers Angels 2-1, in the ongoing Nigeria Women Premier League contest.
According to him, his players followed his instruction and that earned the team the desired result.
“My girls followed my advice which worked for us in the end, the three points is what matters to me because, my team will be among the top three on the League table”, said Johnson.
Earlier, Head Coach of Rivers Angels Football Club, Edwin Okon, has blamed the team’s loss to poor officiating.
“I have never experienced this, this is the worst officiating I have seen. They don’t get such treatment when they come to Port Harcourt, Okon said.
It would be recalled that Rivers Angels were 12 times unbeaten in the 2014 NWPL before their opponent Osun Babes, ended their good run.
