Hon Ezekiel-Amadi who gave the challenge on Tuesday, when the wife of  state governor,  Dame Judith Chibuike Amaechi visited to Isiokpo, the headquarters of Ikwerre Local Government Area, said the debate would enable the chieftains of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) and their PDP counterparts in the area test their popularity and general acceptability by the people of the area.
The commissioner boasted that in a free and fair contest, the APC would defeat the PDP in the area.
He reassured the governor’s wife of the support of Ikwerre people to both the state government and the leadership of the APC in the state.
