NIPOST Partners Estate Valuer On Property Dev

The Nigerian Postal
Service (NIPOST), says it is willing to partner the FMG Associate, a real estate valuer in the quest to provide affordable land and houses for members of staff.
In a recent visit to the Postmaster General of the Federation in Abuja,  Mallam Mori Baba, the Real Estate team led by Mr Francis Okumagba, x-rayed the benefits of the partnership.
He noted that NIPOST would gain immensely if they join the FMG Wealth Club, which will include ownership of real property.
Okumagba, said that they would also workout some modalities that would enable staff earn some cash in addition to their salaries.
The FMG director, explained that less cash was needed for business commencement, adding that determination and change of mindset was required.
He also said that the scheme might allow staff up to 50 per cent discount off-plan and other benefits as members of the scheme.
He further pointed out that they would also partner co-operative societies to provide affordable homes for their members which may allow them earn income of about 50 per cent through real estate transaction.
Earlier, the post master general, informed his visitor of the presence of Engineering and technical service division, which he said handles such deals for the body.
He noted that the post was eager to transact business with the FMG Associate  as well as others with the intention to move the industry forward.
Meanwhile, Mori Baba has called on the members of the public to always use the NIPOST Services in all their business transactions, saying that the post remained the safest means of transacting business internationally.
