Middle-Aged Man Arraigned For Stealing

A middle-age young man,
Chukwuebuka Eze, has been arraigned before a Port Harcourt Chief Magistrate  Court for an alleged stealing his masters goods on charge sheet number PMC/596C/2014.
The accused person, Chukwuebuka Eze, 24, is standing trial on one court change of stealing before Chief Magistrate Ipalibo F. Iyiabo.
The Police Prosecuting Officer, Insp Wilson Isaiah told the court that the accused person, Chukwuebuka Eze, on the 30th day of October, 2013 at No. 3 Ada George Nkpolu Mile 3 Diobu, Port Harcourt, in the Port Harcourt Magisterial District did  steal one hundred cartons of Tiles Valued at seven hundred thousand Naira (N700,000.00), three hundred bundles of pvc, ceiling boards valued at nine hundred thousand naira, (900,000) total valued property stolen stand at one million, six hundred thousand naira (N1,600,000.00) property of one Chinedu Ibeh, M.
The police prosecutor averred that the accused person committed an offence punishable under Section 390(9) of the Criminal Code Cap 37 Vol. 11 Laws of Rivers State of Nigeria, 1999.
The accused person, however, pleaded not guilty on the one count charge brought against him.
