Iwobi’s Arsenal Contract Deal Excites Okocha

tain Austin ‘Jay-Jay’ Okocha confirms that his nephew Alex Iwobi penned a two-year deal with Arsenal.
In a chat with newsmen, Okocha tipped the young striker to be a star of the future.
“Yes, I can confirm Alex Iwobi has signed a professional contract with Arsenal and the duration is two years.
“For me, it is about time for him to sign the contract. I knew it was only a matter of time before he was offered professional terms.
“For the fact that Arsenal have signed him for two years, that speaks volume of his qualities.
“And why not? He has every opportunity to be a great player,” Okocha said.
Iwobi was born in Lagos but has represented England at youth team level in the past. So far he has played at Under-16 and Under-17 level but is eligible to represent Nigeria.
