Men of the
underworld are out with dare devil escapade as Nollywood top stars have become their prey.
Nollywood super star, Shan George’s new home in Calabar was recently attacked by the men of the night who carted away valuables valued at millions of naira.
Sources said that the armed robbers who scaled the wall of the compound, broke the rear glass of her car and gained access into the car to steal valuables before making their way to the living room.
The source added that though she and her family members were at home when the robbers came calling, no occupant of the house was hurt, but they took some money, jewelry and other valuables.
The living room did not offer much to be grabbed as she just moved into the house and the furniture were just to arrive.
Another Nollywood screen diva cum singer, Cossy Orijakor, had a bitter pill to swallow a couple of days back as The Tide entertainment gathered that the tiny voiced lady was attacked by men of the underworld on her way to a friend’s party.
The incident took place around Orile Coker when she was going to Festac Town. She was said to be driving alone in her jeep when three men apprehended her, broke her side glass, made away with her phones, perfume but they did not succeed in taking her hand bag which had her money and jewelry, she however sustained some injuries as a result of the attack.
It was also gathered that African China’s wife was also one of the victims of such attacks, hence the call to the police to provide security in such notorious areas in order to protect the citizenry especially the celebrities who have now become the target of the hoodlums.
