State would be thrilled at Port Harcourt Liberation Stadium tomorrow as Rivers Angels FC encounter the visiting Sunshine Queens of Akuru in one of the week two fixtures of on-going 2014 professional women football league.
The match is expected to be explosive as the Angels are prepared for the battle to ensure that the team secures the three points at stake in tomorrow’s game.
There are strong indications that Angels are determined to take the three points in this weekend game as the players are doing everything possible to burst the bubbles of their opponent in order to achieve their immediate target.
Meanwhile, Captain of Angels FC, Lucky Atu, has assured an outright win to enable Rivers Angels occupy a better position on the league chart.
“We need to win the game, it would help us be among the tops on the league table, sharing points is not a good idea now, but, winning is the answer,” she said.
One the other hand the visitors would do everything to spoil the target of the host of getting the three points or at least share the points.
It would be recalled that Rivers Angels played a 1-1 draw with Delta Queens of Asaba, last weekend in one of the Week One fixtures in Delta.
