Lawmaker Tasks Rivers Police On Security

The lawmaker rep
resenting Khana 1 Constituency in the Rivers State House of Assembly, Hon Legborsi Nwidadah, has called on security agencies in the state to improve on the security of lives and property in the state, especially in Khana.
Hon Nwidadah who made the call when the Kpee Council of Chiefs in Khana Local Government Area visited him in Port Harcourt, noted that the cases of kidnapping and other related criminal activities in the state were on the high rise.
According to him, the security agencies in the state should work harder  to stem the wave of kidnapping and criminality in Khana, saying the news of kidnapping was painting the Ogoni in bad light.
He, however, assured that the issue of restiveness and chieftaincy tussle in Khana would soon be addressed.
The lawmaker also assured Governor Chibuike Amaechi of the support of people of Khana for all his actions in developing the state.
He, therefore, urged the governor to continue with his commitment of ensuring a better Rivers State in future.
