Gov Chime Mourns Uwechue
Governor Sullivan
Chime of Enugu State has expressed shock and sadness at the death of former President General of Ohanaeze Ndigbo, Ambassador Ralph Uwechue, describing the development as a big loss to the country and Ndigbo in particular.
Chime in a statement issued in Enugu and signed by his Chief Press Secretary, Chukwudi Achife, described Ambassador Uwechue as a respected diplomat and statesmen who played active roles in shaping the nation’s history and in the promotion of the principles of equity and equality among all Nigerians.
He, however, extended his condolences to Ohanaeze Ndigbo, the Delta State Government and the family of the deceased, urging them to build on the legacies he left behind.
