2014 NSF: Rivers Wrestlers Commence Training

Association says it has commenced training session for the year 2014, to enable the state wrestlers keep fit and set to work in line with sports activities of the new Calendar.
Chief Coach of the association Eli Oyomunudie, disclosed this recently in an exclusive interview with Tidesports in Port Harcourt.
He said that the wrestlers his team have started training in preparation for 2014, sporting events, particularly the forth coming National Sports Festival scheduled to hold in Calabar Cross Rivers State.
He disclosed that the state has capable and seasoned athletes who are capable of representing the state to glory at the 19th NSF, but the team still have to work hard with determination as to achieve their target when the 2014 fiesta gets underway.
He insisted that early preparations remains a key factor to success and promised that his team would improve on their past records.
He advised state wrestlers to be focused and determined, adding that, athletes should take their training more seriously and exhibit discipline at all times.
