Daddy Showkey Guns For House Of Reps Seat

Information making the
rounds in the entertainment clan has it on good note that ‘Galala’ music Icon, John Asiemo, popularly known as Daddy Showkey has now joined politics and he is gunning for a seat at the House of Representatives come 2015.
The self acclaimed Gheto soldier, according to our source has been consulting some power brokers in his home town, Delta State. With the way things are going, the former Glo Ambassador is optimistic of contesting and winning the election under the newly registered party, the Action of Progressive Change (APC).
According to our source, the Isoko born musician has been active in grassroots campaign in his house town as well as Ajengule, Apapa Lagos where he has large followers as one of the youth leaders in the locality.
It was also gathered that Daddy Showkey has been a strong supporter of the Action Congress of Nigeria (ACN) as well as one of the Yoruba born entertainers that are close to the APC chieftain, Asiwagu, Bola Ahmed Tinibu and other top politicians from the Yoruba speaking states.
