On the Comedy business, Mr. Ubi said, “although every young man now wants to do comedy, but unfortunately, Comedy is not an all comers game, it is not easy to make Nigerians laugh with the economic hardship bitting so hard. You need to travel a lot, real extensively, socialise with people in order to fit in, it is only then you will be able to know the kind of jokes to crack”.
According to the award winning comedian, comedy has come to stay in Nigeria and Rivers State is particular because many people appreciate it and see it as a source of laughter and relaxation. He retraitrated  that most of the new entrant into the profession may not be able to cach up with the new development because the profession is dynamic and those who are not able to meet up the standards may crash out, especially if they don of have sponsors which is the main bane of the profession in the state.
