Jamboree In Entertainment Centres … As PH Residents Celebrate Sallah
Most entertainment centres in Port Harcourt are agog with activities to mark this year’s Sallah celebrations. Although most of the residents of the city have travelled out for Sallah holidays the entertainment centres are still bubbling with customers, especailly those with special shows such as comedy, Makossa dancing, Strip dancing and Etighi dancers for perfect relaxation and fun.
Among the happening places this period include: The Wish (1st Artillary), Mr Sweet (opposite Mopol 19 barrack), Cassablanka, GRA Phase II, Uncle Benta (GRA Phase II), Boomerang Nite Club (Rumuogba); and Royal Africk (Alikahia).
Others are Deavang (Rumuigbo) as well as Hospitality Outlets, such as Hotel Presidential, Aba Road, Le Meridean (Ogoi Place), GRA, Gokin Nable hotels, Ogbakiri junction etc, while other hangouts include: Buguma proof, Emenike Street, Mr D Plaza, D/Line among several others.
The cinema houses are not playing second fiddle either, as silverbird and Genesis cinemas located at the former Obi Wali Cultural centre, Abonnema Wharf Road and Tombia Street GRA respectively, are having special movies for the viewers to blend with the celebration mood.

emerged movie week in both cinema houses.

It is an action parked movie, Adventure and fantancy.
The drinking joints and eatries are not left out. They could be found in all the nooks and crannies of the State capital and they are also having funs and making their money as a result of high patronage.
