Rivers State football coach Tony Chuku has predicated 2-1 Victory for the super Eagles of Nigeria against the Arambee Stars of Kenya in the world cup qualifier match in Kenya today.
Coach Chuku who gave the prediction in an exclusive interview with Tidesports yesterday said that the goal that would be scored by the Arambees would be defensive blunder from the Eagles .
He noted that the Eagles are in top spirit and well prepared for the battle in today’s encounter adding that the current form of the Super Eagles players will enable them to over come all obstacles.
“ Since the boys now take directives directly from Stephen Keshi, it will do a lot of good to the team, because, there will be no issue of the boys arging about one thing or the other, Chuku, emphasised.
According to him “it is a good development Joseph Yobo is not on the Eagles line up, his absence will help to prerent some uncertainties,” because the coach is now responsible for the boys on the field of play, he added.
He therefore super urged the Eagles to be focused and exhibit team spirit during the match in order to prevent the blunder that predicted earlier.
It would be recalled that the super Eagles of Nigeria are in group B with Kenya, Malarwi and Namibia. Super Eagles drew 1-1 with Arambee of Kenya in their first leg match in Nigeria.
