Aero Begins Nigeria, Cameroun Routes

Aero Contractors Airline had launched its maiden flight to Duala, Cameroun with some passengers on board and some of the officials of the airline assuring of quality services delivery to customers.

Speaking to newsmen during the recent inaugural flight service, the Flight Operations and Accountable Manager, Ressel Leefoon, said the company considered the route as important to its operations.

According to him, I think, it is going to be well patronised by passengers for the reason that we intend to increase our flight operations often to Cameroun.

The important thing is that we are here today to sensitise Nigerians, Camerounians, Ghanaians and the community and w expect that in the next three months we will have more passengers.

Mr Leefoon said Aero had been able to maintain good safety record over the years, have our own maintenance hanger, we do everything ourselves and nobody does anything for us.

The Flight Operations Manager disclosed that launching of the route was part of the organisation’s strategy of focusing our operations in Africa which is a key growth area for the airline.

“We have been flying for 54 years, and we offer quality services and flight operations in Nigeria and in Ghana” he said, noting that the company plans to go to other regions in the near future in line with its expansion programme.

He assured customers that they would get value for their money because they are one of the best experienced airline in the market and safety is guaranteed.

Mr Leefoon said Aero had started the new route with great expectation and hope that it would expand to other Africa regions in the nearest future.

“We hope to sustain market here and the other 12 destinations in Nigeria, we want to expand in the Camerounian market to Accra, Ghana and we will continue to Accra via Lagos, we will come with a bigger aircraft with boeing 737 to operate.
