Congress: NNPP Assures Equity, Fairness

The New Nigerian Peoples Party (NNPP) is set to conduct its state congress on today as the party assured all contestants of a level playing ground.

The Incumbent State Chairman, Deacon Princewill Enyi who confirmed this to The Tide on Wednesday, noted that the party was committed to adhere to party guidelines and objectives to bring credibility to the process of internal democracy.

He assured that the party would handle the congress with maturity and allow every candidate express his rights to vote and be voted for.

Deacon Enyi assured members of the party of transparency in its internal democracy and also in handling the affairs of the party, noting that the party should be seen among the best in the country.

The party’s boss who is also re-contesting said the national officers had arrived to conduct the congress.

He urged members to remain focus and be committed to the ideals of the party to ensure electoral victory in the up coming general elections.

Enyi commended members of the party for their support and urged them to continue so that the party will be relevant after the 2015 election.
