Tuface Drops Another Hit Song …As D’Banj Fires Manager
African Queen Crooner Tuface Idibia is in the news again for the right reasons. The Benue born music star has recently dropped another heat album for his teeming fans last week to his fairly tale bubai wedding to his long time girl friend Mama Annie in may last year.
Tuface released his fifth album “Away and Beyond” and ever since, videos of the different hit tracks that make up the album have continued to quake the music industry. The singer has also released the video of another wave making Single ‘Dance Floor.” In the video film by Godfather productions the more matured side of the African Queen crooner was shown.
He sings of a party-without blood on its dance floor. The track was produced by Tuface’s close friend Femi Ojetunde. One of the videos already made from the album include: Ihe Neme which ws released recently.
The multiple channel O music Award winner and song writer, Tuface Idibia who shot to International limelight with his hit song “Africa queen’ is one of the best singers in Africa.
The Tide Entertainment gathered that Channel O will be taking its viewers on a journey beyond the music of some of the biggest artists in Africa with the return of the second and much anticipated season on Volt on DSTV and on GoTV. Volt takes a biographical look at some of the big names in the African music scene and presents them for audiences in series of documentaries.
Kicking off this new season is Tuface Idibia other artists who are in the line up for the new season include Nigeria’s Tiwa Savage, Davido, Wizkid, Uganda’s Navio and South Africa’s liquid up. The second season of Volt premieres on Channel O DSTV, Channel 320 and on Go TV.
Topics to be discussed on the show ranges from the artists musical journey achievements, personal and professional struggles in their guest for success as well as their contributions to the African music industry.
Meanwhile, popular Hip Hop Star, Lapo oyebanjo otherwise know as D’ banJ is on the news again, barely a year after he departed with long time partner. Don Jazzy, revelation has it that following alleged disloyalty in some shady deals between Bankulli and G. O.O. D music the Ijebu born artists and his manager BanRulli have gone their separate ways.
Those in the know has it that the once happy partnership crashed when D’banJ found out that Bankulli’s trip to Paris was to drop ad-libs on Kenya’s LP. He also hooked up with Good music producer Travis Scott in Paris. The development we gathered led to a heated argument which resulted in tearing the parties apart.
