Ariaria Traders To Partner Govt On Market Reconstruction

Traders in Ariaria market in  Aba, Abia State under the umbrella of Ariaria International Market Traders Association (AIMATA) have said that they will partner with the Abia State government in the ongoing reconstruction and restructuring of the market.

Making this known to newsmen in a statement in Abia, on Sunday, chairman of the association, Chief Eze Duru, said that the traders were impressed by the on going face-lift of the market, adding that they were ready to support the efforts of government to revamp the market.

Duru denied speculations that the association had been complaining about undue interference, fleecing and indiscretion in the administration of markets, including the Ariaria market, and gave the assurance that the association is willing to partner with the state government.
