The Imo Commissioner for Culture and
Tourism, Mrs Ugochi Nnanna-Okoro, has stressed the need to preserve and promote
Igbo Language, especially by Igbo parents.
She
made the call at the magazine presentation and annual programme of the Seat of
Wisdom Seminary Ulakwo in Owerri, Wednesday.

who described the topic of the programme as apt, urged Igbo parents to teach
their children the language as nobody would do it for them.

Imo State Traditional Rulers. “the governor has also approved the establishment
