The Tide GM, RSTV Boss Get Old Boys Honours

The General Manager of the Rivers State Newspaper Corporation, Mr. Celestine Ogolo and his Rivers State Television (RSTV) counterpart, Mr Tonye Ekong are among dignitaries that will be honoured by the Old Students Association of Government Secondary Commercial School, Ibaa in Emohua Local Government Area.

Also to be honoured are: Hon (Dr) Chigbo Sam Eligwe, member of the Rivers State House of Assembly, Hon. (Chief) Matthew Nna Aleru, Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of Niger Delta Basin Development Authority and Barrister Solomon Eyidiu, former Chairman Customary Court.

The rest are Rotarian Mighty Man Ayi Dikuro, a Permanent Secretary in the Bayelsa State Civil Service, Hon. Allen Nma, Chairman Emohua Local Government Council, Sir Mike Elechi and Mr Lenu Kpagi amongst others.

The President of the Association, Chief Sunnie Chukumele told newsmen in Port Harcourt that the award was part of the home- coming event of the Association slated for Saturday, the 15th of December, 2012.

The event he said will also feature the cutting of the 40th Anniversary cake as well as raffle draws amongst others.
