2Face Floors Duncan Mighty At Dance Of Fire Flies

Music fans were disappointed with the performance of Rivers State born music sensation, Duncan Mighty who did not perform up to expectation at the Dance of Fire Flies held at the Liberation Stadium to mark the opening ceremony of the CARNIRIV 2012.

After international music star Shaggy thrilled fans at the Liberation Stadium, which was filled to capacity, Duncan Mighty was the next to perform but he was not able to sustain the tempo of the fun seekers as he was confused and did not know which of his hit tracks to start with.  He ended up asking his fans which of the music they wanted him to sing.

This infuriated his fans who felt disappointed and frustrated, but the African Queen crooner, 2Face Idibia who mounted the stage later stole the show as he sang all his hit songs to the delight of the mammoth crowd who rushed to the dance floor and danced with him, urging for more.

One of the fans of Duncan Mighty, Mr Victor Aguna who spoke with The Tide Entertainment felt disappointed with the performance of his Idol. He attributed it to arrogance and unpreparedness and wondered why the Port Harcourt First Son should allow an outsider to rob him of his glory in his own city.

Meanwhile, other national and international stars are expected to feature in subsequent events in celebration of the cultural fiesta. They include, Morgan Heritage, Seun Kuti, Maject Fashek, Ras Kimono, and Oris Wiliki.
