three new permanent secretaries into office in Government House, Port Harcourt,
posited of plans to appoint new three female permanent secretaries by next
year, adding,” we have to give them more opportunities, but what I think that
can happen is next year, I will on my own appoint three plus the one the
cabinet here approves for me, without necessarily having to go through the
exams.

imbalance in the civil service, stressing so that we don’t have an all male
civil service in management and that is what we would do.”

the governor for approving their appointment.
