Airline Appreciates Customers

British Airways has treated the corporate customers to an elaborate dinner in Lagos in appreciation of their patronage and support over the years.

Speaking at the event, Regional Commercial Manager, Africa, Mr. Ian Petrie said the British Airways like any other business would not have fared better without the support of its customers, stressing that the airline attached so much premium on customer satisfaction.

“At British Airways, we place huge emphasis on customer satisfaction, because our customers have always been at the heart of our business and will continue to be.

“This is why we are investing so much to ensure that we continue to provide them with first rate services for which they have come to know us. For instance, BA has invested in new aircraft like Boeing 777-300 ERs, Embraer London City Fleet, A380s and Boeing 787s.

“We are also introducing new cabins, and have invested £100 million in our new First, World Traveler and World Traveller Plus, as well as in-light entertainment systems. We are enhancing catering for customers on board, with Tuck boxes for World Traveler, club world meals for World Travelers Plus and Laurent – Perrier Grand Siecle in First”, he said.

He added that the airline had also equipped its cabin crew with the latest technology devices like the ipad to provide bespoke services for customers.
