CJ Inaugurates Saakpenwa Judicial Division, Today
Rivers State Chief Judge, Hon Justice Iche N. Ndu, will today perform the official inauguration of the Saakpenwa Judicial Division in Tai Local Government Area of the state.
A statement signed by the Chief Registrar, High Court, Charles N. Wali indicates that the programme would hold at the Saakpenwa High Court complex, behind Tai Local Government Area secretariat by 10,00 am prompt.
The statement appeals to all invited guests and the general public to be seated at the inauguration venue by 9:30 am before the arrival of the Chief Judge and his entourage. It would be recalled that Governor Chibuike Rotimi Amaechi last year approved the new division following the recommendation of the Chief Judge. A judge has already been appointed for the new High Court.
